Boltenko Law is pleased to announce that Olga Boltenko has been honored with admission as an International Fellow into the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Olga is the first Fellow of ACTEC representing Russia and Russian clients.
The College is the USA leading association of estate and trust attorneys. ACTEC Fellows are only selected by nomination, and then the vote, of existing ACTEC members. Lawyers and law professors are elected to be Fellows based on their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching, and participating in bar leadership or legislative activities.
“It is a privilege to be included among the elite of the USA and international private client experts,” Olga said. “I’m sure my clients will benefit from my involvement in the ACTEC, and interaction with its members.”
Olga is an English and Russian qualified tax and wealth planning expert with over 20 years of experience in major Anglo‐Saxon law firms. By the end of 2016 Olga resigned as partner of Withers LLP to launch her own boutique law firm “Boltenko Law”, aiming to add greater value to her clients. Olga achieves this by devoting more of her own time to a select number of clients and by offering effective solutions to problems of wealthy families.
She has also been recognized by The Legal Week in The Private Client Global Elite 2017- 2019 ratings, by Citywealth in the 2018-2020 Leaders List and in the IFC Powerwomen Top 200 in the 2017-2020 lists.
