Olga Boltenko-Kroon
Managing Partner, Boltenko Law
Olga Boltenko-Kroon is the Founder and Managing Partner of Boltenko Law, a premier boutique private client legal practice based in Zurich, Switzerland. With nearly 30 years of experience, Olga is a dually qualified English solicitor and Russian tax expert, specializing in sophisticated wealth planning for global families.
Before launching Boltenko Law in 2017, Olga was a Partner at the international law firm Withers LLP in London. Her extensive career includes senior roles at leading firms such as Hogan & Lovells, Dewey & LeBoeuf, and Cleary Gottlieb. Under her leadership, Boltenko Law has been shortlisted for the STEP "Boutique Firm of the Year" for four consecutive years.
An academic alumna of the University of Cambridge, Olga is a prominent voice in the legal community. She is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), the International Academy of Trust and Estate Lawyers (IATEL), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a former Chair of the Individual Tax and Private Client Committee of the International Bar Association. Recognized in the Swiss Who's Who and the Private Client Global Elite, Olga is frequently cited as a top-tier advisor in international succession and de-offshorization law.
Beyond her legal practice, Olga is a recognized leader in the global private client community, frequently chairing elite forums that address the shifting legal landscape. She is the founder of the International Private Client Forum: The Future of Global Wealth, an annual summit in Dubai—next taking place on February 4, 2026—which serves as a primary intelligence hub for family offices and advisors. Additionally, she co-hosts the exclusive "Private Clients in the Changing World" conference alongside the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), with the next session scheduled for April 23, 2026. These events reflect her commitment to fostering cross-border legal collaboration between East and West.

Evgenia Martin
Counsel, Boltenko Law
Evgenia Martin is a Counsel at Boltenko Law in Zurich, specializing in international taxation and strategic wealth planning. With almost 30 years of experience, Evgenia provides sophisticated tax and legal solutions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and global financial institutions.
Evgenia’s career began in 2001 at Arthur Andersen/EY in Moscow, followed by a pivotal role as a tax specialist at TNK-BP. She later spent five years with Deloitte’s tax consulting teams in both Moscow and Zurich, where she was instrumental in developing the Russia and CIS client service group. Prior to joining Boltenko Law in 2017, Evgenia served as a Senior Tax Expert at the international law firm Withers LLP.
Dual-qualified in Russia as both a lawyer and an economist (specializing in taxation), Evgenia bridges the gap between complex regulatory requirements and practical wealth management. Her expertise encompasses international corporate structuring, private client advisory, and the coordination of multi-jurisdictional projects. At Boltenko Law, an independent firm dedicated to strategic wealth planning, she continues to advise clients on navigating the evolving global tax landscape.
